Lemonte is an educational tool, not financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. It runs a simplified mathematical simulation using assumptions and defaults that will not match your real situation. Its outputs are hypothetical illustrations of possibility, not predictions, guarantees, or recommendations. Do not make financial decisions based on Lemonte. For advice about your money, consult a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the calculations are correct or that the Service will be error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lemonte Labs LLC and its members, managers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including any decisions you make in reliance on its output. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Service.

Ownership and intellectual property

Lemonte Labs LLC owns the Service and everything in it — the software and simulation engine, the Lemonte name and wordmark, the lemon mascot, the visual design, and the text on these pages. You are welcome to use the Service and to share the forecasts it produces. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service itself, or use the Lemonte name or marks in any way that suggests we endorse or are affiliated with you, without our written permission.

The forecast you generate from your own inputs is yours. We claim no ownership of the numbers you enter — we never receive them.

Acceptable use

Please use Lemonte for its intended, lawful purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer for abuse, scrape at scale, or otherwise interfere with the Service or the systems that run it. We may rate-limit, restrict, or discontinue access to protect the Service.

Changes

We may update, change, or discontinue the Service or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA — where Lemonte Labs LLC is organized — without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you and Lemonte Labs LLC each consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Assignment

We may assign or transfer these terms, and our rights and obligations under them, to a successor or acquirer of Lemonte Labs LLC or of its assets, or in connection with a merger or reorganization. You may not assign these terms without our written consent.

General

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Lemonte Labs LLC regarding the Service, and they supersede any earlier understanding. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force and the unenforceable provision is limited to the minimum extent necessary. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms create no third-party beneficiaries.
